ECHO

TRACY CLARK

Talented procedural writer Tracy Clark's Echo is the conclusion to her Harriet Foster series. To enjoy Echo to its fullest, the reader should read the first two of the series; however, it is a superb standalone. The dialogue and the multi-layered characters evidence the subtlety and depth of the story. The heroin is well-written, and the plot is thought-provoking. Additionally, the genre is made all the richer by featuring a female law enforcement officer, which is still rare in this traditionally male-dominated subject.
